However, if the need arises, return of merchandise, purchased from SamEdelman.co.uk will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. Only unworn items may be returned. Shoes must be in their original box.
1: Go to returns.caleres.co.uk enter your order number (located on your delivery note and order confirmation email) and email address.
2: Select the item(s) you would like to return from the options available and don't forget to enter the reason(s) for return.
3: If you have a printer, select to print the label yourself. If you don’t have a printer, select Print in Store where you can scan your QR Code on your smart device. (Please ensure that you have your smart device with you when in store.)
4: Place the item(s) in the original packaging, secure with tape; and, if you printed a label yourself, stick the return label to the outside. If you have selected to Print in Store, the shopkeeper will advise how to create and print your label.
5: Find your local return stores: For UK: Go to evri.com For Ireland returns: Go to anpost.com
6: Please keep hold of your returns receipt should you need it for future reference. (The QR Code service is currently only available for UK mainland customers, excludes Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.)

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
