It's possible that due to an inventory discrepancy, an item on your order went out of stock and is no longer available - this will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged or you will be refunded, this will reach your account in 2-3 working days.
Alternatively, we routinely perform audit checks to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. This may also be why your order was cancelled.
In both cases, an email confirmation will be sent with the specific cancellation reason of your order.
